Presents the air conditioning, ventilation and the smoke management system design of the building. Emphasises the cooling and heating sources selection. Based on the environment and engineering characteristics, chooses two water cooled centrifugal chillers and four air cooled heat pump units used for heating in winter and cooling at partial loads in summer. The project has operated well as expected by the designers since 1998.
