【摘要】 本文列举了多水泵并联供热管网运行调试用到的基本理论和计算公式,对一个住宅小区供热外网初步测试数据进行了分析,发现系统失调度过大并提出改进意见。并对改进后的系统,根据实测数据做出系统真实的管网阻力特性曲线,以及单台水泵和3台水泵并联的运行特性曲线,最后得到了水泵运行工作点。经最后调试,使系统的水力平衡和热力平衡满足了计量供热的要求。 【Abstract】 In this paper, basic theory and account formula applied in the operation and debugging of grid connected parallelly with multipumps to supply heat by measure are illustrated. With analysis on the initial testing data of the outer netting for heat supply, the imbalance degree is found excessive and the opinion on improvement of it is put forward. Furthermore, in terms of the system after improvement, actual resistance curve of the grid for this system as well as the operating curve of the single water pump and three parallelly connected ones are worked out according to the actual testing data. And at the end, the actual working point of the water pump is found.
