摘 要 :基于-NTU(效能-传热单元数)法,建立了湿工况下翅片管蒸发器的通用分布参数模型。通过引入全析湿和部分析湿工况下的空气侧显热传热关联式、热质比拟关联式以及对翅片效率采用一维解析解计算,改进了模型的计算精度。与实验结果对比表明,改进后模型的总换热量预测值与实验值的最大误差在4%以内,验证了本模型的正确性及可靠性。其中改进空气侧显热传热关联式、热质比拟关联式、翅片效率计算方法对模型精度提高的贡献率分别为31.1%、58.5%、10.4%。本模型可以用于预测和分析翅片管蒸发器各种工况下的稳态性能,对其设计和优化具有指导意义。 关键词 :析湿 翅片管蒸发器 稳态 分布参数模型 仿真 An improved investigation for steady state simulation model of fin-and-tube evaporator Wang Cai1 Shuangfeng Wang1 Jiong Li1 Weijun Zhang2 1 Key Lab. of Enhance Heat Transfer and Energy Conversion, Ministry of Education, South China University of Technology,Guangzhou 510640, Guangdong,PR China 2 Dongguan Gaobao Aluminium Mfy.Co. Ltd 523275, PR China Abstract: A steady state and distributed parameter model of fin-tube evaporator under wet condition is developed based on -NTU method. Sensible heat transfer correlation, heat-mass transfer analogy correlation under wet and partially wet condition for air-side and one-dimensional analytical solution of fin efficiency were used to improve accuracy of the mode. The model verification is conducted by comparing the coil capacity prediction against the experimental data, and the error of coil capacity is reduced from 5.12% to 2.16. The contribution ratio of sensible heat transfer correlation, heat-mass transfer analogy correlation under wet and partially wet condition for air-side and one-dimensional analytical solution of fin efficiency for the accuracy of the model is 31.1%, 58.5%, 10.4% respectively. It is concluded that the steady state model can be used as a tool to predict and analyze the performance of fin-tube evaporator under different operator condition.
