【摘要】 设计节能型村镇住宅、应用新型建筑节能材料及开发使用新型可再生能源对促进农村可持续性发展,保护环境具有重大意义。本文以安徽省马鞍山市博望镇三杨新村为例,通过调查问卷的形式了解该村节能建筑的使用现状,并对新型节能建筑和传统建筑在经济、居住环境、舒适度和环境保护等方面进行了比较。结果表明农村新型节能建筑有很大的应用发展空间,建筑节能达到国家"十一五"所要求的目标并不难,而且新型节能建筑技术上成熟,经济效益上可行。 【Abstract】 It is of great significance in promoting rural sustainable development and environment protection to design energy-efficient town homes,utilize new building energy saving materials and exploit the new renewable energy sources.In this paper,we took Sanyang village,Bowang town,Ma'anshan city,in Anhui Province,for example,understood the status quo of the energy saving building through questionnaires,and compared the new energy saving building with the traditional one in economy,living environment,comfort and environmental protection etc.,Results show that the new energy-saving buildings in rural areas have great potential for energy saving,that for energy efficient building to reach the required goal of the national "Eleventh Five-Year Plan"is possible,and that the new energy-saving buildings is technically mature and cost-effectively viable. 【关键词】 村镇住宅; 节能建筑; 技术经济分析 【Key words】 residential building; energy saving building; technology and economic analysis
