【摘要】 针对广州工银大厦中央空调系统某品牌19XR离心式制冷机组,由于冷凝压力高使压缩机排气压力升高致主机运转容量受限制的故障现象,对其冷却水系统进行重新检查评估。通过调查综合分析发现原因,并对冷却塔实施有效改造,改进消音导风罩,在冷却塔内设置初步过滤。实践证明,改造后提高了堵塞故障监测及预报警,降低了机组故障率。 【Abstract】 Based on the failure of Carrie 19XR centrifugal refrigeration units in Guangzhou ICBC tower,that as the condensing pressure is high,so that compressor discharge pressure increases caused by the restricted capacity of the host operating,re-examine the assessment of the cooling water system.Identify the cause by investigation and comprehensive analysis,and implement an effective transformation of cooling tower,improve air hood silencer guide,set the initial filter in the cooling tower.Practice has proved that,After transformation,enhanced fault monitoring and pre-alarm blocking,reducing the unit failure rate. 【关键词】技术改造; 冷却塔; 离心式制冷机组; Y型过滤器; 中央空调系统 【Key words】 Technical improvement; Cooling tower; Centrifugal refrigeration units; Y-filter; Central air-conditioning system
