摘 要 : 介绍了以水为冷却介质的带回热器的跨临界CO2热泵热水器实验系统。通过改变气冷器水流量对跨临界CO2水水热泵多种工况的循环性能进行试验研究,获得一系列试验数据。试验结果表明:1)跨临界CO2热泵循环可获得比常规工质要高的出水温度;2)增加气冷器水流量可有效提高系统的制热系数。 关键词: 跨临界CO2循环 CO2热泵热水器 实验研究 Experimental Study on Heat Pump Water Heater with Transcritical CO2 Cycle Abstract:: One CO2 heat pump water heater test apparatus was built in the paper. The heat transfer characteristics of CO2 in gas cooler with water in double-pipe heat exchanger was experimentally investigated. The effects of variation of cooling water flux on heat transfer characteristics, outlet temperature of water, COP and CO2 temperature were analyzed. The influences of cooling water flux to heat exchange about CO2 side, water side, and the CO2 and water temperature matching was analyzed. Experimental results showed that the supercritical CO2 heat pump water heater can acquire higher temperature of outlet water up to 80℃ than those conventional Freon heat pump water heater, and the COP of the system increased with the increase of water flow rate through gas cooler. All the work was valuable for the application of CO2 heat pump water heater. Key words : Trans-critical CO2 Cycle; CO2 heat pump; experimental study
