摘 要 :设计和搭建了四丁基溴化铵水合物浆体蓄冷空调系统的实验装置。通过测量系统功耗、流体温度和流量、系统压降等参数,计算得到系统的COP等,并验证了前期实验所得的四丁基溴化铵水合物浆体的基本热物性和流动换热关联式。初步测试结果确认了系统运行的可靠性,结合实验数据进行了讨论并给出了系统的改进方案。 关键字 :水合物浆体 蓄冷空调 机组运行 物性 关联式 Performance Of Air-Conditioning System Using Clathrate Hydrate Slurry As Cold Energy Storage Material Ma Zhiwei, Zhang Peng, Wang Ruzhu Institute of refrigeration and Cryogenic, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, 200240 Abstract : The air-conditioning system using tetrebutylammonium bromide (TBAB) clathrate hydrate slurry (CHS) as clod energy storage material was designed and built. Through measuring the system power consumption, temperature and flow rate and the pressure drop of the fluid, system COP was evaluated. The measured TBAB CHS properties and the developed flow and heat transfer correlations in our former experiments were validated by this system operation results. The tests confirmed the reliability of this system, however, improvements are still proposed based on the test results and the corresponding discussion.
