【摘要】 针对R22在使用过程中的存在问题,提出环保性能好、饱和蒸气压接近R22的天然工质R1270作为R22的替代工质。通过焓差试验室对R1270和R22在家用空调中的制冷性能进行了试验研究。结果表明:在相同条件下,与R22相比发现,系统制冷量基本接近,能效比可以提高4.3%,充灌量减少59%,排气温度降低8℃。考虑到R1270的液态和气态传热系数都比R22高,R1270的汽化潜热约为R22的1.88倍。在满足制冷量的前提下,通过减小换热器体积,把管径从7mm变为5mm,利用管径为5mm的蒸发器和冷凝器样机系统针对R1270进行试验,试验结果发现:R1270制冷量与R22基本一样,能效比提高12.3%,充灌量减少69.3%。这充分说明R1270在家用空调器中可以替代R22,而且还可以起到节能和环保的效果。 【Abstract】 R1270 is a natural working fluid with saturated vapor pressure similar to R22.In this study,R1270 was adopted to replace R22 in a residential air conditioner,and the experiments on the cooling performance of the air conditioner with R1270 and R22 were respectively conducted on an existing enthalpy potential bench.The experimental results show that the capacity of the air conditioner using R1270 was close to that using R22,and the COP using R1270 was 4.3% higher.The charge amount of R1270 decreased by 59% due to its lower density and the compressor discharge temperature of R1270 was 8℃ lower than that of R22.Because the heat transfer coefficients of R1270 at liquid and vapor states are higher than those of R22,and the latent heat of vaporization of R1270 is 1.88 times that of R22,the diameter of the coil tubes was changed from 7mm to 5mm.The test results with the 5mm diameter tubes indicate that the COP using R1270 was 12.3% higher than that using R22,and the charge amount of R1270 was 【关键词】 热工学; 自然工质; R1270; 空调器 【Key words】 Pyrology; Natural refrigerant; R1270; Air conditioner
