摘 要 :为了提高制冷机房部分负荷下的运行效率,本文对主要参数影响制冷机房总功率的基本规律进行了研究。通过理论分析得到了影响制冷机房运行功率的主要参数是负荷率、冷却水流量、冷冻水供水温度、冷却水流量和冷却水进水温度;通过在TRNSYS软件上建立改进螺杆式冷水机组模型和制冷机房仿真平台,模拟了制冷机房在变工况下的总功率的变化情况;通过降维分析法,得到了五个参数影响制冷机房总功率的变化规律和影响程度的主次顺序,并提出了降低制冷机房总功率的措施。结果表明:冷负荷率对制冷机房功率影响较为明显;冷却水进水温度在不同工况下对制冷机房总功率影响均十分显著;冷冻水出水温度对制冷机房总功率的影响力相对较小;冷却水流量对制冷机房总功率的影响力大于冷冻水流量的影响力,但在不利工况下影响力均将变弱;不同工况下,均存在最佳冷冻水流量值和冷却水流量值使制冷机房总功率最小,且最佳流量值随工况条件而动态变化。 关键词 :功率;制冷机房;影响参数 Impact Of Operating Parameters For Energy Consumption Of Chilled Water Plant JIANG Xiao-qiang1,2 LONG Wei-ding 3 1 School of Machine Engineer , Tongji University, Shanghai, 200092,China 2 School of Engineer, Guangdong ocean university, Zhanjiang of Guangdong, 524025, China 3 Sino-German School of Applied Sciences, Tongji University of Shanghai 200092, China Abstract : In order to reduce the energy consumption of chilled water plant at part load, the main impact parameters and general laws were analyzed in an water-source chilled water plant. The main parameters such as loading rate, cooling water flow, supply cooling water temperature, chilled water flow supply chilled water temperature were obtained by theoretical analysis, the models of chilled water plant was built on TRNSYS software and simulated its energy consumption under different conditions. Through dimensionality reduction analysis, the variation and influence level of primary or secondary order were obtained. The results showed supply cooling water temperature was very important on the overall energy consumption of chilled water plant, the influence of chilled water flow and cooling water flow were near and change with others parameters, the cooling load rate impact on the total energy-efficiency has the weakest situation, and the effect on energy-efficiency by supply chilled water temperature was small and stable. Under different conditions, there have optimal chilled and cooling water flow value make the chilled plant total energy consumption was the minimum and the optimal flow value are dynamics changed with the working conditions.
