摘 要： 如何快速测量制冷剂中的含水量是制冷工程中一个重要的研究问题。在分析分子筛吸水特性的基础上，研发了一套制冷剂含水量的测量装置，由恒温箱、分子筛、控制阀、电子秤等部件构成。并利用这套装置对两种系统中的制冷工质的含水量进行了测量。结果表明用本方法所测量的数据具有较好的重复性，相对误差小于20%，在工程可接受范围之内，说明本方法可以用于制冷工程中的制冷剂含水量的测量。 关键词： 含水量 分子筛 制冷剂 Discussion Of Water Content Measurement In Refrigerant By Zeolite Dong Xiaoyong, Peng Miao, Liu Bin, Zang Runqing Tianjin Key Lab of Refrigeration Technologies, Tianjin University of Commerce, 30013 Abstract : How to measure the water content in refrigerant quickly is an important question in refrigeration engineer. Based on the analysis of the water absorption characteristics of zeolite, a set to measure the water content refrigerant was developed, including the thermostat, zeolite, control valve, electric blancer and etc.. And two refrigerants from different refrigeration systems were measured by this set. The results show that the measured data had a good repeatability and a relative error less than 20% in the range of engineering error.
