Theoretically analyses the reasons of the efficiency enhancement. The test results show that the total heat transfer coefficient of this type heat exchanger is higher than that of the ordinary one, and the manufacturing cost is lower, the volume is smaller, which indicates a new direction for the development of heat exchangers.
