摘 要 :采用新型气动轴承、转子结构与轴系耦合调频技术,对常规滚动轴承与转子结构的空气循环制冷机轴系进行技术改造,并且重点开展了转子振动及相关的试验研究,同时根据转子动力学理论分析了柔性轴系涡动失稳及碰摩故障的一些非线性特征。研究结果表明:采用气动轴承替代滚动轴承的同时对轴系结构进行整体优化设计与改造,在提高空气循环制冷机轴系运行转速、寿命等方面有着明显的性能优势,并且将转子稳定运行的工作转速由40000rpm提高到70000rpm以上,因此极大地增加了空气循环制冷机运行的稳定转速裕度、使用寿命和制冷能力。 关键词 :气动轴承 高速空气循环制冷机 转子动力学性能 耦合调频技术 试验研究 Experimental Investigation On Rotor-Dynamics Performance For High-Speed Air Cycle Refrigerator Yang Jinfu1 Liu Yuhan1 Chen Ce2 Kou Yaxin3 1Institute of Engineering Thermophysics Chinese Academy of Sciences;2 Army Aviation Institute;3 The Institute of General Staff of Pla Abstract: New rotor-air bearing system, frequency modulation of rotor-bearing system are applied to technological rebuild of the shaft system in air cycle refrigerator which using the conventional rolling bearing-rotor structure. Experimental investigations focused on rotor vibration are carried out and based on theory of rotor dynamics, the non-linear characteristics of the journal vibration, sub-synchronous instability, and rub-impact which exist in the flexible shaft are analyzed at the same time. The results show that: The overall optimum design and rebuild of the shaft while using gas-dynamic bearings instead of rolling bearings have obvious advantages in increasing its operation speed and extending life span of the shaft; meanwhile, the max stable operation speed was raised from 40000 rpm to 70000 rpm above, therefore, the margin of stability operation, service life and cooling capacity were greatly increased.
