【摘要】 为了保证实验动物在饲养室内正常生长、发育和繁殖,必须给饲养室人工创造四大因子:气候因子、物理因子、生物因子和营养因子。气候因子和物理因子均由洁净空调设计来实现,而生物因子和营养因子,由其相应专业的研究?机构来实现。陈述了动物饲养室的气候因子和物理因子(温度、相对湿度、压力梯度、气流组织、除臭、噪音、自动控制及防火)等方面的技术措施,以供暖通专业人员设计参考。 【Abstract】 Animals are always, as a substitute for the human body to bear the medical field in the safety evaluation and effect of experiment, At present, experimental animals mainly are rodents, in order to ensure that experimental animals were kept indoors normal growth, development and reproduction, artificial feeding room must be given to create four big factor: climatic factors, physical factors, biological factors and nutritional factors. Climatic factors and physical factors are designed to achieve by clean air- conditioning design, while the biological factors and nutritional factors, by the corresponding specialized research institutions to achieve. Article presents the animal breeding room climatic factors and physical factors (temperature, relative humidity, pressure gradient, air distribution, odor, noise, automatic control and fire protection) and other technical measures in order to be referenced by HVAC professionals in design. 【关键词】 动物饲养室; 洁净空调; 温度; 相对湿度; 洁净度 【Key words】 Animal breeding room; clean air-conditioning; temperature; relative humidity; cleanliness
