【摘要】 透明的玻璃陈列冷柜为顾客挑选食品提供了方便,但现有的陈列冷柜玻璃门表面容易凝结水雾,失去透明展示效果。这里在对玻璃陈列冷柜玻璃表面结露条件与影响因数进行分析的基层上,试验研究了采用双层发热导热膜玻璃冷柜玻璃门表面结露有关问题,并与普通双层充氩气涂层玻璃门冷柜进行了性能比较,结果表明:采用双层发热导热膜玻璃门比采用双层充氩气涂层玻璃门冷柜柜内达到设定温度用时和耗电均略有增加,但防露性能明显改善。 【Abstract】 The glass surface of a refrigerated display case is subjected to water vapor condensation on it.In this work,the conditions and effect parameters of the glass surface condensation were analyzed.The experiment was conducted on the condensation on the glass surface of a refrigerated display case using dual deck glass with heating and conductive film.Its performance was also compared with that of the refrigerated display case using common dual deck glass.The experimental result shows that anti-condensation performance improved significantly although the energy consumption and the time needed to reach the set indoor temperature of the refrigerated display case using dual deck glass with heating and conductive film were slightly greater than those using common dual deck glass. 【关键词】 热工学; 凝露; 冷柜 【Key words】 Pyrology; Condensation; Refrigerator
